Kudos to team at Ministry of Cleaning!!! These guys were able to complete an Excellent End of Lease Cleaning and Carpet Steam Cleaning with little notice. They did it with great professionalism, kept us updated on the progress and were very responsive to all the queries that we had. We would have no hesitation recommending this company. Many thanks in particular to Prerna for being so friendly and helpful. Thanks. Update: My agent inspected today and was happy with cleaning. I got my bond back. Thanks again guys. You rock!

Excellent Service! I found Ministry of Cleaning online and hired them for Carpet Cleaning for my exit clean. She was very helpful when I had to reschedule to later due to my removalists not being on time. Cleaners came with industrial carpet cleaning machine, did excellent job. I am happy. Highly recommended.

Worth every cent! I booked them online for Bond Cleaning for the house that I was moving out of. Very easy and through communication. Cleaners sent a reminder message a day before, and turned on time, they cleaned the place as promised and left the keys at the designated place. Agent inspected and refunded my bond without any dramas. I have recommended to my colleague already and happy to vouch for them to other people looking for cleaners.

I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND MINISTRY OF CLEANING. Just awful. The apartment was barely cleaned, the floor looks worse than it did before, no dusting was done etc etc. Plus absolutely awful customer service, they are refusing to discuss and won't refund the $300+ it cost us for them to barely do anything for almost 4 hours. We now have to take time off work to return to the property and clean it ourselves to get our rental bond back. I would give no stars if I could, and will be following up with Consumer Affairs Victoria. I have just seen the response below. We had to call many, many times before you acknowledged our issue and are still waiting for you to respond to our emails/letters. The floors were wet in the apartment when I returned to the property, so I was unable to see how bad the job was (I couldn't enter, and was strategically only shown the inside of one cupboard - a trick we are sure has been done before). As I mentioned previously, we are now escalating to VCAT to refund the amount paid, as the job does not meet Australian Consumer Laws.
