After having rung Wills Batch 5 times to order a ice-cream cake without the phone even being answered, I tried Carousel down the road and I was not disappointed with my beautiful cake! Highly recommend!!

3 stars for the cakes and ice-cream, 0 stars for customer service!  Note to management - if its a hot day put more staff on!!!!  No idea about how to multi-task or even acknowledge waiting customers.

Best Cakes in Melbourne. Love getting one each year for my Birthday.

Staff was very friendly and was able to quickly add writing to a pre-made icecream cake we picked up. Very satisfied.

LOVE the icecream cakes. The shop looks a litte drab and unappealing and often looks closed but don't be fooled by the appearance and awkward sliding door, nor by the underwhelming service. Those icecream cakes are worth travelling for!

The guy in there was a real rude prick that didn't seem to give a damn about his customers
