This is a fantastic spot on Canterbury Road with a vibrant vibe and plenty of space. They have a huge selection of gelato to have in a cup or a cone, desserts, milkshakes, coffee, cakes, savoury bites, and frozen yogurt with great toppings. The staff are very friendly and let the customers taste the flavors before deciding on the scoops. The place is clean, well-maintained, and has lots of indoor seating. Overall, it is a great place to grab an awesome sweet treat.
We ordered my son’s birthday ice cream cake from Carousel Ice Cream⁠ this year and last year, and once again they absolutely nailed it. The Marble Crunch ice cream cake was so delicious, fresh, creamy, and full of flavour. Everyone at the party loved it.nnHighly recommended for anyone looking for a beautiful and delicious birthday cake.

Got a double scoop with the raspberry and “blue” gelati flavour which was really nice. The interior was very nice and clean and there was a froyo section too
They provided an amazing icecream cake for my son's birthday today. Absolutely fantastic.nnThe only thing I can fault them on is the communication isn't great once you've ordered/enquired via their online form. Not enough of an issue to drop them to 4 stars, however.nnWill happily go back.
