Our family get cakes from here for most birthday’s & They are absolutely incredible. The marble crunch is delicious.nnSpecial mention to this cake - I searched a cartoon image of a dinosaur on google and sent it through and the outcome was far beyond my expectations!! Amazing!!
We love getting the ice cream cakes here, marble crunch is our ultimate favourite - hands down the best. A fan favourite at every party we have. I love that you can preorder over the phone for pick up or if you’re in a rush, you can come into store and pick up a ready made generic cake. The team here are always friendly. Such a local gem.
After spending in excess of $1000.00 at this ice creamery over the years, I have now taken my business up the road to Dairy Bell.nnThe ice cream is good at Carousel, but the rudeness of one of the female staff members in particular is nothing short of appalling.nnShe never smiles, never says Hello or asks How are you? Just a blank, unwelcoming , negative look on her face as if you are just a number...nnThis was a stark contrast to the wonderful welcome I received from the young lady up at Dairy Bell who made me feel so welcome and valued as a customer with her smile and her body language ..nnCall me old fashioned, but nothing beats good old customer service. Hopefully management at Carousel takes notice because I have also heard from many people on the grape vine that they have had the exact same experience there with a few rude staff members....
Very generous serve, I love their salted popcorn flavour. It has fudgy bits in it. Not too sweet, just enough for me.nBeen back a few times now, their biscoff flavour is very nice too. Their premium cappuccino was really nice, I like it even though usually I am not a big fan of coffee flavoured ice cream.
