Located at a relatively quiet place. Has reasonable parking available for visitors. Its open for public visits on Sundays from 10am until4 pm. A great place to get an idea of whats options are available for build. It has a kids room with TV and games (PS4 and XBOX). Its nicely designed. Great staff who is always ready to support and answer any questions one has. The best part is that they even have prices ready in case one want to get an idea of the costs. Its a good place to get ideas for those who are building a house or thinking to build one.

Built house with them and service is amazing. Can't fault it, they know everything. Perfect house with no issues in the progress and no major delays. Good work guys!!

Horrible after sales service. They made plenty of mistakes during the construction and we accommodated at every step. But any mistakes they made...they never moved an inch and kept referring to the "signed building plan document". We are consumers not construction professionals - we don't build homes everyday, we are not going to be able to understand every fine details of the drawings. Be very careful folks before you sign any drawing. Take plenty of time to understand every bit!

I will not again to looking for this builder for my 2nd property ever!!!! Site course is bloody expensive, that’s fine but we have to done every single things example: I have to apply the leave to attend appointments for the date they arranged By the way i have to check the tale (my new property) and send to council myself 2nd i have to clear all the long grass to let them process the work and so many idiot things to do it!! As i know this also consider with your survice for the customers. However i felt so upset and disappointed. Will not looking for this builder again!!!!

I chose Carlisle Homes because my colleague said that they provided good customer service. So far customer service is fine. But I am very disappointed with their 'alternative ways' of building a home. I hired private inspector through out the build. The Concrete Slab Pre Pour stage is the worst. They installed star pickets penetrating the plastic sheets in the step down areas such as the porch, garage and alfresco. According to my inspector this can cause moisture getting into concrete in the future. But they refused to rectify it, saying that is the only way to do it and their surveyor and the VBA approved it, and they give 25 years structure warranty, etc. I had to compromise because they said they had to pour the concrete the next morning. Another example, the building industry standard is within 30mm concrete at the bottom of a brick wall before it becomes a defect, but CH makes it 50mm before it becomes a defect. They refused to fix it because it's in the signed contract. I am not a construction expert. I cannot possibly read nor understand every word in the contract. I trusted that if I picked a big and expensive builder it should be safe thinking they will comply with industry standards. My biggest mistake is that I let them build my second house. I signed both contracts 2 months from each other before the build work started and before I started to have bad experience with CH. The same things happened to my 2nd house. CH didn't complete all items for each stage inspection and didn't call to re-schedule it when they knew there were not much for the inspector to inspect on that day. I felt it really wasted my money as I still have to pay the inspector but didn't get the stage inspected. I should have charged CH when it happened the first time. I simply skipped the re-inspection because I couldn't afford it. The second time is happened, I asked for re-inspection and requested CH to pay 60% of the first inspection for incomplete work. They agreed. I normally don't like to write bad reviews. But I want others to think twice before they build with CH. Do your own due diligence. Check out more builders before making the important decision.
