I popped in to ask some questions about trumpet, which my son has decided to take up. I’ve no experience with school bands and brass instruments and the staff member who I spoke with was so patient, kind, helpful and reassuring. Five stars for great service. Would recommend.

I mistakenly placed an order online for a wireless system that I thought was a bargain, before realizing it was only the transmitter. I emailed the store and they were incredibly helpful in recommending another system for a similar price and shipping it express in time for Christmas. Excellent customer service.

The staff was very helpful in finding percussion instruments. They have so many instruments in small space which is awesome. Found almost everything we were looking for. The website can be improved.

It's so great to be able to get such a huge range of sheet music within Australia, with somebody on the phone to help you with what you are looking for.  Keep buying from the australian shopfront everyone...or we will lose fantastic shops like the Carlingford Music Centre!

On Friday I visited Carlingford Music Centre and was immediately given a warm welcome. Their friendly service made me feel at home and it was as if I was just casually chatting with mates. Sometimes you can feel a bit lost in the average music store but their guidance and professional knowledge was super helpful.
