Don't even waste your time or fuel. Ordered an Oreo sundae, thinking I was going to get what is advertised on their website. You can see what I ordered vs what is advertised. Not even worth 50 cents.
Went to this restaurant while I was on my way to Mt Tamborine. Plenty of parking spots outside. Went at 11am and the restaurant just opened and there were a lot of people coming in.nnStaff are friendly but it seems they are quite busy to handle all the customers there. So the serving time was a little slow at the time.nnBurger is alright. It's not bad, but not very good either.nnThe fries are good.nnOverall it is just okay.
Had Carls Jr for the first time about 6 months ago, and it was really great. So naturally, I went back again, and was very disappointed with the quality of food; cold and made with no care. I’ve since gone back chasing the experience I got the first time, but like the last 6 times, it ended with disappointment. Even one of those times, I found literal pieces of hair, that obviously did not belong to me, on my burger…nnMust be different staff from 6 months ago.
Lowest quality Carl's jr I have tried. The crispy fired chicken is soft. A $15 burger as tiny as a junior burger. Got told it is soft as usual, and this is how they make. Please learn from the store in Slacks Creek.
Hey! So my partner and I just moved to Pimpama a few weeks ago. We order through the drive thru, always greeted and treated with great mannerism and respect. Your food is cooked well and we love Rory’s attitude. They can hold a strong team.
