This Carl's never dissapoint us. Is the best in Brisbane. Portions are AMAZING, food is always SO HOT! and perfect. If you want to go to any Carl's, choose this one.
Carl's Jr Eagleby™ provided a very round shaped burger which satisfied my craving for burgers which arose due to the McDonald's and KFC's overshadowing this place with their menacing presence. Although Carl's Jr Eagleby™ is more frequent in fast food galore United States®, I am in the strong belief that more branches should open up in the southern hemisphere. Chips were kinda mid tho.
If you are ever near a Carl's Jr. it would be disappointing if you do not give it a try. The prices are extremely cheap for the quality that you get. Best burger chain in the southern hemisphere. Parking: Good parking
I frequent this location quite regularly and I have to say in true Carl’s fashion, the food is always on point. Hot, fresh and delicious. Never had a bad meal here. Proving time and time again Carl’s is the best fast food in Australia. Credit to all the staff there as I have never once had an issue with my meal and it’s always been perfect.

Excellent meal with my wife and mother in law. Burger was hot, fries were fresh, coke machine worked. What more can you ask for? Staff also give a 10% veterans discount, which was lovely of them.
As expected for a Fast food place. Similar to tasting food to another fast food outlet, but this store does refill drinks and ice free. On a hot summers day, full cup of ice + your choice of drink is 5 stars for me!! Although not table service, they bought our meal to our table. For fast food, we still spent just under $70 for a family of 5.
Good food, great value; service with a friendly smile.This burger joint was clean and nicely laid out; reminiscent of burger joints I've visited in the USA. I bought the cheapest burger combo. The burger was big enough for lunch and the fries cooked perfectly; not too oily or salty. Burger and sauce were like a burger should be. I liked that there was a serviette dispenser on every table. The bins could be emptied more often. Otherwise, no hesitation to recommend. Good job guys!
Waited a fairly standard amount of time in drive thru for the time of night, got home with the order. No more than 5 mins, stuff missing from order and food was almost stone cold. Am now trying to call them for the last 20mins and they don't even pick up the phone. If you want customer service and value for money as well as a complete order, then this is not the place for you. Not the first time either, but certainly will now be the last.
Absolutely disgusting! The beef burgers looked over cooked, then like they’d be reheated and then left to cool! The chips where cold and soggy and the chicken burger was soggy and falling apart. So extremely disappointed. That was the second disappointing trip to this Carls jr lately, won’t be returning for a third round! Very unfortunate how the quality of this place has completely diminished since opening.
