One of the most horrible services I have ever experienced from a company that claims to care for you. They have no initiative whatsoever. They don’t even deserve a one star. Everything was always late. You have to remind them what’s going on. Very unprofessional. They do not care about anything. It would take a miracle to get a response. All documents were all filled incorrectly. Very frustrated and disappointed beyond possible emotions.
Grant was helpful, informative and responsive. Prices are good. Highly recommend for anyone thinking of shipping freight
Two years ago I booked and paid for a container to go overseas with Grant. He was very reasonable in his quote and gave me the flexibility to ship when we were ready. With covid delaying our move he still honoured our quote throughout that time despite the rising shipping costs. Unfortunately we couldn’t secure a vessel that matched the time we needed to go and grant refunded our money without any complaints. He was kind and informative and patient with us. If we need anything else moved in the future we will be doing so with cargomaster.
Website says they do Less than Container Loads LCL but upon calling was told they do only full containers.
Great Experience! I can’t thank Cargo Masters enough. I shipped two of my vehicles in a 40ft container and my very expensive personal belongings in another to Fiji from Melbourne with Cargo Masters. My vehicles were put in the containers and braced by Max at Quick Tow, Melbourne, who was extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you so much MaxThe containers arrived home one day before the estimated time of delivery without a single damage to my belongings and my vehicles as guaranteed by Grant. He was amazing from day one, very informative and helpful. Everything was made so easy for me I was so paranoid Awesome customer service by both Max and Grant. We used CargoMaster for a 40FT self pack container from Perth, Western Australia to the Port of Southampton in the United Kingdom. CargoMaster service was very good, and the container arrived on time as promised. CargoMaster handled all our shipping documentation and our Customs Broker cleared the container through UK Customs within 2 days. We are Very Happy with the Service we received from Grant and the Team at CargoMaster and can recommend them to everyone.
