I recently needed my precious Big Red repaired through no fault of mine. I am always weary of repairers bad past experience but the team at CARe Automotive exceeded my expectations.nnRight from the initial phone call, Sam was helpful, caring and understanding.nnwhen I arrived, I was treated like an old friend. The customer service was outstanding. After a brief wait, Ben came and talked me through the repair process and reassured me that my car was in safe hands.nnDespite being told it could talk 4-5 days, I was pleasantly surprised by a phone call the next day telling me my baby was ready!nnImpeccable service, quality work and the most pristine workshop I think I have ever seen.
Great staff very friendly, respectful and happy. When you arrive you’ll be greater with smile on their face but also very understanding of your needs. I was extremely happy with the service they provided from the beginning till the end. The car looks new again with no faults. I give them 10 star rating cheers.
From the moment I made contact to the time I collected my car- CARe automotive group were fabulous. More so, my car was dropped off and repaired in not even 24 hours! The repair is absolutely perfect and better than I expected. I can't recommend this company more highly! A very professional team to deal with at Loganholme.nnFrom the two knowledgeable ladies at reception, Chris the advisor, through to the team that did the repair.nnWhen I first arrived at the centre, I could not believe how big and clean this place is and was greeted by the friendly ladies at reception. Chris the advisor was very easy to deal with and had thoroughly explained the whole process with what is involved with the repair. The team did a great job with the repair that I could not fault.nnGreat job team.
