Needed our lpg gas bottles refilled, and for some reason, 2 stores in Launceston were out of gas, and 1 won't refill LPG if it might rain. Rang these guys after a recommendation from a customer in another store, and luckily, they could help. So friendly and helpful. Thanks from two very grateful travellers.
Want to sincerely thank Jay & Mark at New Age Launceston for going way above and beyond in assisting us with resolving an ongoing, frustrating caravan brake issue. Jay handled our issue with patience, respect and a thoroughness rarely experienced. On completing every check and adjustment he could, Jay made the effort for an awesome auto electrician to continue assisting us. After previously seeing multiple specialists who were unable to solve the issue for us, it was ultimately sorted today. 10 Stars for professional, absolutely awesome service!!!!! Thanks again Jay!
Definitely a fabulous firm to help with caravan issues. We were worried about our van brakes after driving the Snowy Mountains Highway from Gundagai to the coast. We tried Get Hitched but they were full and recommended New Age on Hobart Rd Launceston. A quick call and they promptly fit us in on our arrival into Tassie! Jay sorted our brakes out fixed a few other issues for us. Absolutely recommend the team at znew Age Caravans. We’d definitely use them again. The biggest of thanks and gratitude to the staff at New Age Launceston to Stewart, Larry and Jay the Staff have been amazing and helpful, getting us back on the road while on hoildays in Tasmania, anyone needing work done or a new van these are the guys to see
