Automatic car wash is absolute garbage washed my wife’s car there for $20.00 was no different when it came out car wash still dirty. I complained to the person working there who said to scan the bar code and someone would contact me after a week someone text me and asked if I had photos which I provided.nThey then told me via text you have to wash your car first in the hand wash section then take it through the automatic car wash.nWill be the first and last time I’ll use Wyndham car wash.nZero customer service nnThank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Good little car wash, automated option, vacuum facility and now pet wash. Positnext to a petrol station so you can address all your car needs at a one stop shop.
never using this carwash again.. 3 price changes in 1 year... i was using werribee car wash before and the only reason i was using this carwash because it was cheap.. will go back to werribee car wash as they have the stability ..nwhat a rip off...nwhen your business was down , decrease the prices and when customers are using your carwash increase the price...nndon't know about others but you have lost a customer who was bringing 3 cars weekly...
The change machine failed to give the total change. Inserted $20 and received $11. Logged the issue using the QR code there as it is unattended Car Wash and no direct number to call. Didn’t get any response. Hoping to get contacted by this review and get help sorted this. More than money it is trust issue with this Car Wash.nnUpdate: Changing my review as I have been paid back my money which was stuck into the changing machine. This shows that the management is concerned about their customers. Thanks.
