I brought an XR8 FG Falcon from the above organisation 2 months ago from the internet. I asked the salesman multiple times about its condition as I am a very fussy car owner. 2008 Vehicle I paid 30,000 plus on roads for 31,500. I am from Bundaberg the car is on the Gold Coast. I drive 5.5 hours to pick it up. Before leaving again I ask is the car in tip top condition, reply was nice car this. I picked up the car sure it looked all polished and shiny. As I drove out the driveway I hear a very loud bang. I didn't want to go back as I had a long drive home. On my way home the sun visor fell into my lap, the exhaust felt like it was just hanging on, the windscreen washer didn't work, that's just on the way home. It had a roadworthy done I was told, the paperwork was there but thats about it. As always with a car just purchased I park it on my clean driveway and next morning I move it and its leaking oil. Turns out from the Diff, axel seals. I ring the dealer who is so surprised by what I'm saying, but was happy to assist. I told him I was not happy about the existing inspection and would get my own. The dealer picked the location and low and behold nearly 2500.00 and 1 week in the shop later I get my car back. This was paid for by the dealer who believes he has done a good deed, whats the problem im asked. I would not trust this dealer with my go-cart, the mechanic he gets to do his roadworthies is off the same opinion what's the problem, that business name is All Car Mechincal what a fine upstanding citizen this guy is. My conversations with him just blew me away, he does not care at all about the consumer that was made abundantly clear. Shame shame on both organisations who are just happy to rip people off if they can get away with it. STAY AWAY FROM BOTH THEY WILL LIE AND RIP YOU OFF IF THEY CAN.
Purchased a vehicle from Kevin yesterday and he went above and beyond my expectations. I live 5 hours from the Gold Coast and Kevin made everything just so easy and communication was clear, honest, to the point and genuine which is hard to find these days. Upon arrival he greeted not just me but my whole family and made us feel welcome. The car is exactly as described and was more than I was expecting. Appreciated the text messages on the way home checking in to see how we are travelling and see how we are liking the car this is a service that is hard to find these days. We will definitely back to visit and purchase again. Thank you from the Knights.
Please do yourselves a favour and stay away from this company. They sold me a lemon that many mechanics have told me should have never have passed a road worthy when sold to me. The cars transmission blew within 2 months of purchasing the car. That was only the beginning. The car was full of structural and mechanical issues which dodgy and illegal mechanical work been done just to keep the car alive temporarily. Mechanics showed me parts of the car that had to be replaced with wrong and manipulated parts. The car had major oil leaks throughout that had obviously been temporarily 'patched up' and manipulated to deceive the buyer. The car dumped almost a litre of oil a week. CV joints were broken upon sale and the front and rear engine mounts were severely damaged. The car had the wrong sized battery which ended up causing a lot of computer issues causing the cars computer to be replaced. I spent more on the car in trying to get the car road worthy than I did the purchase value and still it did not pass a RWC and I was told the car was basically a write off. The car would have needed a total of almost $10,000 of work after purchasing within 20,0000 km. The car was purchased for $8500. I spent $8000 to attempt to get the car roadworthy, but each time another mechanical issue would arise causing me to give up and accept my losses. After wastinf much time and money the head gasket blew. Please stay away from these guys and don't get yourself in the mess I did. These guys will know exactly what I'm talking about without me needing to mention the type of car. You guys should be ashamed of your business practices and deceiving buyers with obvious false road worthy certificate. Stay away please!
We bought a utility here 3 years ago.. have put in 60,000 kms, kept it serviced and it's still running well. We've done a lot with it and it hasn't shown any problems. It's basically what you want for in a car. It runs, it's reliable.
I found the Hyundai I 35 had come to see had poor attempts to cover up damage and the salesman was just a down right liar.who became angry and abusive.A back yard operation .People don't go near this place
Horrible experience and lots of lie. They give me one month insurance for the car I bought. When I was driving back home from Brisbane to the Whitsundays there was the vibration in the front suspension and a noise. I called them and they asked to do the wheel alignment. There was also the break vibrations, when I was slowing down from the high speed. I went to the mechanic and did the wheel alignment. After the road test he said that the breaks and front CV shafts needs to be done and they are making noise and the vibration. I've sent them the message and the mechanics paperwork, but they've said that it sounds strange, cause the owner of the company and Michael did drive this car home many times and didn't feel anything. Firstly, when I call them, Michael said to me that they had never driven this car on a high speed, that's why they might be missed this issues. It was a complete lie. Moreover, they refused to pay for the repair, even if they given me the one month warranty. Now, I have to pay for all this repairs and go to court, cause they don't care. I had never experience this kind of lie and really upset about my experience with Car Auctions Pacific.
Absolutely love our new addition to the family! Michael was wonderful; he made the process fast and easy as well as being super nice and helpful to deal with! I highly recommend Car Auctions Pacific!
Do not recommend dealing with this company especially if you are after a salesperson that is not pushy, I had text messages at ridiculous hours 6.35am along with the general bs of trying to get a credit deposit to secure this particular car. I know it’s a sellers market by hey respect buyers lives.
David was Happy to take my Money, then when I had a Few issues with the Van I bought, Within 1 day of purchase He Basically told me to NOT bother him & to take the issues up with the 1 yr Warranty. I was told I would be around $1,000 out of pocket because of the Issue, so Obviously very Upset that he sold me a Van with Faults that should have been fixed by him ! I found him Rude & disrespectful to me & would never go there again. What ever happened to After Sale Service & advice. He is a Horrible Man !
Just wanted to say a big thank you in particular to Kevin for helping myself with the purchase of my new car/trade in of our old car. After the birth of our second baby we quickly realised we needed to upgrade and we are extremely happy with our purchase, Kevin was very friendly and informative. The whole process was made super quick & easy. Highly recommended these guys for your next car purchase!
