Great pub.. Something for everyone whether you want a quiet sit down meal inside or a couple of coldies in the shady beer garden. Had a few gluten free options on the menu too which was just perfect. Battered gluten free fish and chips was really nice
Lunch today was a pleasant surprise, staff were friendly and welcoming. Meals were well portioned and tasty. Its our second visit for lunch this week. See you soon!
Lovely old hotel. Rooms had clean linens and comfy beds. Very noisy near the main road - and music from downstairs dance area was very loud all night on a Friday. Then started up very loud from 5am till at least 8:30am so I personally found it hard to sleep and was annoyed at early morning loud music! Glad someone was having fun! :D
Friendly laid back staff, fairly basic food menu and variable food quality. Fish was good. Drinks reasonably priced. Good outdoor area for relaxing with family or friends.
My friends and I did the bottomless weekend which is a main meal and the choice of 3 cocktails for two hours for $55. Food and cocktails were delicious and the service was amazing and friendly! Definitely recommend!
I just wanted to let you know how much i loved visiting this venue yesterday afternoon. Excellent beers, excellent staff, food was excellent and my wife and i felt welcome from the moment we were greeted. Keep up the great work Captain Stirling.
I quite enjoy the establishment with big open rooms inside, nice outdoor seating and friendly staff. The days I've been the food has been great and the meals came out quickly, deli3by really helpful and friendly staff.
