Great simple place. You get what you need. Mainly their chemical recommendations are not expensive, to the point and works. I have used other pool suppliers and it was expensive to use others, Captain Nemo is good place to go to.
DON'T TRUST THEIR ADVERTISING OF 30% OFF ALL POOL EQUIPMENT!nOn Saturday I travelled 20 minutes to the new store Captain Nemo at Cornubia to take advantage of their 'advertised 30% off all pool equipment.nAfter waiting 20 minutes for the salesperson to come back there was a sign on the door 'back in 5 mins' and seeing 4 potential customer wait and leave, I decided to call the store and found the salesperson had been inside the store the whole time sat behind a room divider.nI purchased a pool cleaner for $295 and asked if that includes 30% off, the salesperson said yes. As there were no prices on most items in the shop I took his word for it, but I wasn't convinced.nI put it in the car and decided to check the website, the full price was $295 on the website and I checked 4 other online companies which all advertised retail price on the same product as $295.nI went back into the shop and explained that I had checked the website and found that he had charged me full price. The salesperson explained that on his system it was priced as $395, so we got the discounted price of $295 I wish I would have thought about this at the time because that's not 30%. He was clearly lying as he had been caught out. After a few more minutes of us discussing this, he said it was definitely discounted.nI called the head office number and they also said $295 was a discount 30% but couldn't tell me what the full price was. Again clearly lying about their prices.nPlease do not take your custom here, they are not honest and their advertising discount is false. I have photos to prove there was meant to be a sale at this store.
Keith is a legend, very helpful and knowledgable. You can trust these guys to provide great and honest service.
I continue to support this business. They are in my opinion Consistently cheaper on Most things pool. Often by over 20%. Nemos I really appreciate that. It really helps.
Love this place. One spot for all Pool and Spa solutions and supplies. My pump was acting weird. Got some extra stuffs at a great price. I'm very happy.
