A great local fish and chips shop just a short walk from the beach and picnic area. Good food and it's always packed so you know it's good!
Nice people. Fresh local seafood. Price right.
$9 for a small and while they were crispy they were hollow and dark brown instead of light golden and fluffy .
You better believe I'd give it 6 stars if I could. Service from the girl at the main counter was knowledgeable, friendly and down-to-earth. She knew that chicken salt was the way to go and gave the best advice on the fish. The whole meal was so good! There's a reason why Captain Hook's is an icon.
Great service only had chips and gravy best bloody chips so satisfying. Hard to find good crunchy chips soft inside salted not to much. Gravy wasnt very good very watery and thin not much flavour. Will be back to try fish and get some more chippies
Good old fashioned seafood shop. Friendly staff and efficient service.
Still selling ENDANGERED deep sea Orange Roughy.....shame shame shame. Also all your ad pictures show lemon, but, when asked was told lemon too expensive and all you get is a little container of juice, which spills, then there is the extra packaging.
We took fish and chips and both were bad and overpriced. Definitely not coming back
