Captain and Co Fish bar

Would leave no stars if I could. The rudest staff I have possibly ever dealt with- I don’t even leave reviews but these people are horrible to deal with! Have forgot to pack my items SEVERAL times and tell you to pick it up next time and when you ask for a refund they have a “no refund policy”?? On what planet do you pay for something, not get it and then not get your money back?? The arrogance is mind blowing and I will NEVER go back. Food is very average anyway, over cooked fried food and undercooked cold fish. Way better options for fish and chips in Melbourne.

This is the worst F n C shop I have ever been. They always run out of the fish or salads you want. They are never ready when you arrive to pick up your phone order and they forget part of your order which you only discover when you get home. And no apologies are given when you return to collect the remainder of your unfilled order. Disgraceful!!!

Fresh seafood and good service. The calamari, mussels, scallops were great. They even have sambal sauce.
