Seriously great service. I placed two separate orders that both needed to be cut to size on the late afternoon on a Wednesday expecting them to be ready by the following week…..Well not Capral, they called me 9am the next day to say everything has been cut and ready for pick up. I was totally amazed as this level of service simply doesn’t happen these days. Also the stock had to be transported from their other branches to my local store for a convenient pick up. Truly impressive. Well done Team Capral.

Went in looking for assistance on materials to build aluminium ramps, was told to go to Supa Cheap, I then asked for advice in regards to extrusion types to build the ramp and was handed a extrusion brochure.nThe sales person clearly needs training on how to assist in Sales
