Awful company to deal with on a professional basis. We are constantly paying for VIP and express services for urgent deliveries and being assured Capital can meet the expectations. Jobs booked at 7am not even allocated a driver until 12, 1, even 2pm with no explanation. Yet we are still required to pay the premium fees. Will be going to Jet Couriers from now on, who are much more reliable and not a total scam.

Terrible to company to deal with. Now have rung 3 times for a $15 credit for an overcharge. They double charged a booking that they didn't even collect. And it is just the principal of it. $15 is no big deal, but don't charge for something you don't even do. Not ethical at all. And how many times to you have to ring... you speak to a different person everytime, and each person says they will process it, but it doesn't happen. Not good enough.

Very helpful. They accommodated everything I needed. Vikas went right out of his way to make the shift easier for me. Being a pensioner in a retirement village makes things hard to do on your own. Vikas and his co worker did everything they could to make it the easiest and least stressful they could. Well done guys!

Really lovely drivers, Gaurau and Cherry. We received a call approximately an hour before the delivery to make sure that we were home. Transported our goods and were very careful to ensure that they did not destroy our walls! Would definitely use again.

The worse transport company. My company has been dealing with them for a year and now we are looking for a new transport company due to following problem; these are just some of them - over charging after the fact - placing your account on stop supply when they realise you have realised they over charged and you might be 14 days late in paying the acct - delivery trucks deciding to not deliver same day because it’s too late for them so they take the goods home and do it the next day - when you pay for the same day service - delay in pick-up - delay in delivery - charging fees for trips that aren’t your and then it takes week/months to work out with them as they don’t care they just want there account paid - delivery going missing The worse they shouldn’t be in business
