I’m writing to express my complete satisfaction with Capital S.M.A.R.T Coburg. A wonderful team of employees, who showed professionalism, great character and outstanding customer service. From the initial telephone call to arrange my vehicle for repair, a pleasantly spoken and warm staff member couldn’t have been more obliging.  To the assessor who was informative and cheerful, a pleasure dealing with. Quality repairs carried out on my vehicle. At any time any vehicle collision is a stressful experience but the team at the Coburg branch really helped me throughout my situation. Thank you for the SUPER service and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company for any panel repairs. Thank you especially to the lovely ladies who always greeted their customer with a warm smile. Top notch service.

Exceptional pricing for VERY GOOD Quality blinds. management actually go out of their way to assist you with advice on both product choice and installation - hard to find when purchasing online!

Process was fast and smooth. They arrange taxi for return. Staffs were thoughtful and warm. Very organised for everything I don't need to worry about anything. the work on my car is ok but not very detailed.

Have your vehicle inspected by an INDEPENDENT panel shop after receiving your vehicle back; worth every cent IMO.

Absolutely appalling workmanship!  I have taken my van back twice so far and it still has not been repaired correctly, despite informing them on the work they needed to fix.  I have since taken my van to an independent panel shop who found even more errors that I missed.   I have missing bolts and clips that hold on my rear bumper, blisters in my paint, paint runs, insects in the clear coat, deep scratches in my new paint work, mismatched colour to existing paint, damaged parts they didn't even bother to repair despite clear visible damage, a dent in my new tailgate, door not aligned properly causing the van door to be slammed shut to close it, holes not drilled correctly, inferior parts used, misaligned badges... should I continue with my shopping list of problems?  I think you get the picture.  Also they didn't even bother to clean their greasy hand prints off my interior panel.

Don't be convinced by their lifetime guarantee.  They will just patch it up again and hopefully you won't notice the rushed job.  Most won't and these unsuspecting customers are the ones who they make there money on.

Absolute crooks! Stole our brand new rear Honda brakes (not only the pads either) and replaced with worn out non-Honda ones. Given we know nothing about cars we only found out at the next service where the mechanic told us what had happened. No way to prove it though as we don't have any photos before and after taking it to this place.
