A great effort by Capital has seen minimal damage in our home from a burst pipe in the bathroom.  They got us to switch off the mains and came within an our with a plumber to sort it all out,  Much appreciate your efforts Capital.

Our carpets were water damaged and Huss and Nick from Capital came to dry them out.  They did everything fast and were pleasant to have in our home.  They explained what would happen and gave us peace of mind that we could recover from the water damage situation we were in.  Thanks guys.

I find it very disappointing that this company makes you pay upfront in an EMERGENCY situation. Payment or price isn't the issue, it's the fact that even when I explained to the guy who assessed the flood in my apartment that I don't have hundreds of dollars right now- he wasn't willing to even work something out with me. It's basically pay us or or we won't help you at all. Way to add insult to injury. Thanks for nothing👎

I'd also like to add that no one bothered to mention anything about up front payment to me last night when I rang. So whoever that was just wasted everyone's time. Great job👏

Thanks for assessing the mould problem in our home.  We moved out temporarily while Capital Restoration Cleaning cut all the mould out. We are grateful to Capital for making our home safe again.
