Not sure why reviews so bad, I went early & got seen quickly. Friendly staff & patients were also friendly as was on crutches they wanted to help. Only negative need a push/ pull sign on door
Bhavik, Dr. Ha, Anita, Frances and Cara’s services provided are exceptional at Capital Radiology Sydenham. They’re caring and helpful. Highly recommend this clinic. Thank you to all for your wonderful service.
Checked in this clinic to see if they can do that specific ultrasound, one of the receptionist was happy to assist me and to book my appointment but then another rude receptionist probably named Cara told her not to book even there was a cancellation. So rude and unethical of her.nNo compassion or sympathy for patients shown by this receptionist.
The staff here need to understand that they are dealing with patients, often in a lot of pain. If a parent is trying to comfort their child who is in significant pain, don’t chime in and say comments that can upset them further. Try and have some compassion and empathy and improve your bedside manners. I have never ever encountered medical workers that have treated patients so terribly.
Was a bit apprehensive due to the negative reviews, but had a good experience here. Receptionists were professional and curtious, as were the doctors and nurses. One nurse in particular was great can't remember her name! Would recommend
