Incredibly disappointing! MRI results promised in 3 days …..rang day 4 and promised it done by end of day, rang day 5- STILL not done! ‘I’m just the receptionist’ was the response I got- all they could do was email the radiologist to remind them to complete their job. This is an MRI- I thought these were supposed to be a priority! I read in a response to similar feedback that ‘care and devotion’ to patients was a priority!!… that was two weeks ago that comment and here we are with the same experience!
This place is an absolute disappointment.nWent in a couple of weeks back for an MRI.nFirst of all called to make an appointment waited on hold 3 times for over 30 minutes each call.nDrive dow to make appointment.nCalled Mt specialist ro make sure they received scan and reports Sorry Capital didn't send them.nDrove down to pick up scans and reports.nOnly to get treated like I was stupid by receptionist RONNIE.nyou get better service and respect by 7/11 staff.nCapital you have front line staff like RONNIE who don't give a once of respect or concern for people who a going through medical issues.nRONNIE IS AN ABSOLUTE DISCRACE.nOther people waiting there also commented on how rude she is .nFIRST AND LAST TIME
Tried calling multiple times and it’s honestly ridiculous. The phone just rings and rings—easily 20 minutes each time—and no one ever picks up. What’s the point of having a contact number if you’re not going to answer it? Really frustrating experience and a complete waste of time.
Spent 30 minutes on hold and gave up. Rang several times and could not get through. Ended up ringing another provider in the area who answered my call immediately and offered an appointment on the same day. Capital Radiology Sydenham is situated at the end of the street I live in. I will never even bother using them again. Appalling customer service.
I followed the instructions on the website to book online and sent a copy of the referral via the booking portal. I waited two weeks and had not heard back. I called and told the receptionist o hadn’t heard. She said they were busy. She then said they could not see me for 8 weeks! I had to email my referral again.nI went to my early morning Sat appointment for ultrasound and as soon as I walked in I could see the receptionist was slow and tired at 8:30am. No smile. No good morning.nJust a blank look on her face.nShe then asked me for my referral which I did have in my hand. I had emailed this twice to them. She then Proceeded to ask the usual questions of address. I replied with “yes and nothing has changed.”nShe replied with a defensive answer of “we still have to check. “nI was not rude or abrupt. She was just not in the mood for customers. It seemed that she complained to the technician seeing me cos the technician treated me cold and slightly apprehensive.nIt seems that booking system is slow and sloppy response times. Receptionists need to have a warm welcoming attitude rather than the miserable attitude at the desk.nIf you are going to be in a mood at work then don’t come in.nIv been coming here for ten years and customer service is getting worse.
