I had polite fast action. Didn't have to wait long on the phone and request dealt with within a minute. Had my loan with them for 4.5 years and didn't have a problem luckily.

Avoid like the plague! This is the worst finance institution to go through. They are totally unsupportive and will not do anything to help you when you need them to. The managers are arrogant so to are the customer service people once they have you by the balls, for a lack of a better term. What ever you do, do not go through this institution. You'd be better going to the bikies or the mob for a loan. You really are pieces of work. And I hope karma catches up to you. As it always does. Your institution and the employees are that of the bacteria that feeds off the bottom of a sewerage pool. An absolute joke to society and utter crap to humanity. If only everyone knew how monetary banking really worked. There'd be a riot in the streets tomorrow. Fiat currency is fake. If I gave any banking institution $10 they could loan out $90 and put interest on that $90 loan. It's disgusting.

its unfortunate i had to give you one star (my choice is 0 stars) I wish i could say good things about this company- your an absolute joke to society. wouldn't recommend this company to an enemy. well done on employing dick heads tho! props to you....
