The fastest compounding service I have found in Canberra. The staff are professional, courteous and well experienced. Very accomodating and easily accessible.
A medication that I needed to buy while in Canberra was $110 more expensive per ‘pen’ from this pharmacy than my pharmacy in Wollongong. That included an $15 ‘handling fee’ just to put the pen in an bag. Absolute rip off. Service was good though.
I had an excellent experience here the last couple of times I have visited. The pharmacist, Kin, provided me with a demonstration on how to use my medication and the staff over the phone Caleb are very polite and helpful. Once they even answered the phone a few minutes after they were closed for the day which was lucky because I needed a medication dispensed the next day/ASAP. Thank you Capital Chemist Curtin for being so reliable!
Staffs are absolutely irresponsible. I left a bag inside the pharmacy then went next day to collect it. This was pretty expensive for me. However, I was very surprised about their response. They confirmed me that they got it and couldn't give me information where they kept in. Absolutely ridiculous service. They deserve less than 1 star.
The best pharmacy I’ve come across in town so far. The head pharmacist is thorough, respectful and just lovely. The place is a little busy, but when you’re good you’re busy.
