First time buying a car with Capital Car London and both my wife and I were impressed with their service. One of the owners, Sam, is very approachable, helpful and an honest guy. We purchased the car before seeing the vehicle and there were no nasty surprises when we collected it. On the day we collected the car, we asked for it to be cleaned better and for the air conditioning to be recharged. Both were done right away and with no quibble. When we got the car back home we realised that the locking wheel nut was missing but Sam posted it to us without delay. We have had the car for a few weeks now and we have had no issues. I would definitely use them again.

It was a very easy and painless process buying my car from here, the guys in the office were pleasant to deal with and the car is a dream. I would recommend buying a car from here after researching reputable dealer myself. Even though my car was reserved they kept in touch to let me know it became available again and I was fortunate enough to get the exact car I was looking for, I traveled all the way from bromley and was done and dusted and home by lunchtime. I have 3months engine and gearbox warranty, and loved the confidence of Sam telling me I won't need it, he sorted my car tax in the office and got me on the road in no time! Thanks guys, I am a happy customer!

Recently bought an Vauxhall Astra from here   The car looks like new. They made the process so easy. Taking my old car in part exchange to even helping me tax my car after purchase! Process was easy, we could check out the car as much as we wanted and took it on a test drive.

As a first time buyer, Adam and Sam were really helpful and patient. I bought a Hyundai i10 and really happy with it. I highly recommend Capital Car.

BEWARE! travelled from the south west to collect my 16 year old sons first car which he had saved up for. He had paid a £500 deposit as we could only collect in 8 days and not the 7 days which would have been a £250 deposit. Pictures and show room looked great online and was told the car is in show room condition and drive away ready as they knew we would be taking it away with us. Arrived to a dirty car with rust on it, crisp crumbs in glove box and polish written on it where it hadn’t even been prepped yet “ oh sorry I meant to do that” We took it for a test drive the engine didn’t sound great and the tracking was completely off. My son decided it was not worth the money he had saved up and chose to walk away as it was not as described. The salesmen then got defensive and refused to refund deposit in the end we only got £250 of my sons hard earned money even though the car was clearly not as described. Do not risk losing your money, buy at your own risk.

Purchased a Ford C-Max last Wednesday very pleased with car and service nice guys to do business with. Picked me up from station nice touch when raining.

Bought my first car from capital car and I’m very  pleased with the customer service. Sam was really helpful throughout the whole process and even let us had the chance to test drive it. The car was thoroughly checked before it got delivered by Adam and I was reassured again to let them know if I have any issues. Were professional and friendly all the way to the end and I will definitely be recommending them to anyone looking to buy a car.

I had a lovely, professional and courteous customer service experience with Capital Car London. The lads really knew what they were doing and provided drive away insurance free of charge.  Not so long after, I had a couple of minor issues with the car and I raised the issues with the chaps. They quickly sorted out the issues the next day and I was back on the road in time.  Highly recommended and I would most definitely do business with them again.  Mike

I had a great experience buying a used car from these guys. Brilliant customer service, the whole process was very straight forward and they made it much easier than I had expected. There was a few minor issues with the car which they sorted out quickly and easily. Would definitely recommend them.
