Capital building finished out renovation 8 weeks ago and we could not be happier with the result.  Their staff were all great to deal with and the process was seamless. We finished on time and on budget (my husband was thrilled with this).  The quality of workmanship is excellent.   I could not recommend these guys highly enough.  Nothing was to much trouble and our end result was better than we expected. Thank you to you all.  I look forward to using you again one day if Pete will ever let me leave this house.

We found Capital Building to be professional, excellent workmenship, accomondating and patient ( we were 1st time renovators). Our reno included a second level , kitchen , 3 bathrooms, and more. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of the finish with no issues or regrets.

Over many years I have employed Capital and also recommended them to family and friends. Peter and his crew do thorough, high quality work, starting with design - all of the way through construction, to completion and finishing touches. From my experience it is very rare to get a builder that is so honest and reliable.

I've just got off the phone from Peter, and his building knowledge is second to none!!  His genuine concern for the best-bang-for-the-buck for my investment property in Melbourne.

We've opted for a second floor extension to eventually maximise our rental return.

We approached the Capital team for assistance with a "Design and Construct" at our current premises. The team were very helpful throughout the process. Unfortunately we did not proceed with the Project, but will contact the team again should we decide renovation is for us :)
