We recently had the pleasure of having Mike prepare a wonderful in house dining experience for my family when we were in Noosa Heads on holidays . I had done my research and with several fussy eaters in my family , Mike offered the most comprehensive menu . He was incredibly easy to deal with and the quality of the food exceeded anything you could get on Hastings Street. The seafood was fresh and the eye fillet was cooked to perfection . I would have no hesitation in giving Mike my highest recommendation . I have previously used other private chefs for a similar experience on my prior trips to Noosa however , the experience with Mike was the best I have had had .
Michael was lovely to deal with when arranging a 60th Birthday dinner menu in the Kenilworth Homestead we had booked for the weekend. Pierre was our chef for the evening and took care of us beautifully, and the Canapes and Banquet menu we had chosen were absolutely divine! Delicious food and wonderful cooking made this an evening we will remember for a long time. Very happy to highly recommend!
We had the privilege of having personal chef, joyful, humble Pierre and waiter extraordinaire, Callum prepare a feast for our daughters 40th on the weekend, at our holiday home at Marcoola, and all we can say is WOW!!! What a wonderful experience for our party of 11 - a real treat for the 'foodie' birthday girl, who loved EVERY delicious morsel of Pierre's creations! She was thrilled to bits, as it was a surprise and Michael, your team didn't fail to deliver! Absolutely nailed it & made us look really good!! Thank you Michael for finding a workaround for our last minute booking, for your suggestions and for making it a fun & easy experience to organise for us as first timers! Plus we were pleasantly surprised at the price for such a fantastic experience!! Plus people, they leave the kitchen SPOTLESS - what a total joy!! Amazing!! Can't recommend Capelli Foods highly enough!!
We had the privilege of having Michael serve up a delicious five course degustation for my husband’s 40th. The food was fantastic. Michael also has an excellent range of choices to suit anyone’s taste. Our guests absolutely loved the food. It made the day very special. I would definitely recommend Capelli Foods to anyone. Wow - how fantastic is Capelli Foods - we had Michael and Abby in to cater for my wife's 60th birthday party last Saturday night - what a fabulous job they both did. They prepared canapés, entree, main and arranged the most beautiful birthday cake from Dessert Architects. Nothing was too much trouble and they left the kitchen in an immaculate condition which left us minimal clean up. I cannot recommend Capelli Foods highly enough and would happily choose them again for my next function. Well done team.
My sincere thanks to Michael and the team at Capelli foods who catered my wedding dinner for 70 guests. Wonderful menu choices of canapes and mains, perfectly prepared with great service from expert wait staff. Could not be more pleased with the outcome! Thank you. Highly, highly recommended.
Very poor communication skills for a business. I was in the process of getting quotes and clarification on the menu for a date that I was told was available and then told that the date was now unavailable. They were very slow to return emails which dragged out the whole process. I would not trust them to be organized with catering for any event.
Michael recently catered an event for us, the food was AMAZING!!! He made the whole process very easy and was extra accommodating to our needs. The night was relaxed and the staff super friendly. Would absolutely recommend for those that want to be spoilt by super tasty food, easy communication and friendly professional customer service!
