Used to be a fantastic surgery but I will never go there again! Reception staff are extremely rude especially the woman with a buzz cut, wait times are extremely long we waited over an hour past our appointment time to see a doctor that we didn't book in with! After waiting an hour with a sick toddler the doctor gave us 5 minutes of his time, wouldn't look at the mutible videos I took of the problem with my toddler and dismissed the problem totally. I've never left a doctors surgery so angry before and should have walked out and not wasted my time.
5 stars for Dr Jeremy Norden, he is an awesome doctor, so down to earth which is very rare these days. Very caring and actually looks into things. He has been looking after both my husband and I and I 100% would recommend him to anyone.
We are blessed to have one of the states best GPs in Doctor Dave in such a small town. Reception staff can be hit and miss. There's goodies, and others that look like they'd rather be anywhere else. But they do have to deal with all kinds of God's lovelies. Most nurses are pretty good, get past the self righteousness of the select one or two and it's a pretty good place. Thanks Doctor Dave. We are lucky to have you.
I've been a patient here for 23 years and have seen many different doctors over the year's. My favourites are Dr Dave,Dr Lavanya female Dr extremely thorough and Dr Robert Osgood also very thorough, all REALLY knowledgeable,no complaints about the drs or reception staff who always try and accommodate an appointment for you. Really love the new building as it was a struggle to use the steps and the long walkway with my mobility issues in the previous building next door. Would I change anything? No not at all.
I have been attending this practice in all of its locations in Canungra since before I was born. I've seen changes some for the bad but mostly for the better. Whilst I understand people can and do get upset if they can't get an appointment with their Dr of choice if that Dr is fully booked, there are many great drs here at this practice. Over the years my main 3 Drs from this practice over the past 38yrs have kept me alive and saved my life a number of times. My family and I couldn't be more than happy with our experiences here. The practice Owner Dave is an incredible Dr with an amazing amount of knowledge, if I can't get into Dave, Garth is always my next point of call, 2 of the smartest and real doctors around. They know and do their jobs greatly. So please I beg in our current times of uncertainty surrounding COVID etc, don't take your stress and anger out on the staff here. The work bloody hard to try and find appointments to suit everyone.
