1* because the receptionist was nice. The Dr Zhang refused to prescribe the medication which I have since 13 years because she didn't find it suitable. 5 Minutes after meeting me she thought she knew better than every doctor I have ever been a patient of in regards to that. The only option was to accept a prescription for a different medication which she found more suitable. Her approach was very arrogant. She said no other doctor I will attend will prescribe it to me. I just wish I didn't forget to attend my regular GP which I have been with for many years in Sydney. Can't speak for the other doctors at this center but I don't recommend this place whatsoever.
Called this medical centre as i needed to pop in and get scripts. Nice and quick service with reception and DR Zhang. He listened to my concerns and wrote up a script no problems. Recommend if you need a DR quickly and the wait for your regular GP is too long. Bonus: Bulk billing!
When I visited this medical centre several years ago, I saw Dr Zhang for the very first time. Back then the centre was newly opened and I was still a student working on my master degree. During the following years, I had my daughter and moved to a place 25km away. The centre is still the one we go to whenever we need to see a doctor. Dr Zhang’s Profession and humanity have made this place irreplaceable. Being able to have a good doctor taking care of the whole family is something we can’t ask for, we feel lucky to have Dr Zhang to make that happen from Day 1. If you happen to get chance to visit the centre, you could be the lucky one too:
Every time I have attended this practise, appointments are running wildly late. Even for an early morning session, it's about 45 minutes wait. The doctors are lovely, as is the staff, but time and time again I show up for an appointment time that is totally unreliable. Huge inconvenience.
Bulk billing available. Saw Dr Lora. Impressed that I only waited a few minutes for my appointment. I only needed a script for antibiotics but she seemed quite thorough.
The receptionist girls here are very nice, but the doctors are so bad, so careless in their work, they are very sloppy. They finish the treatment in a minute or two, they don't even check your wound, they just look at it from a long way away.
Very pleased with my first experience at this centre. I booked an appointment online for my husband & I thought it had been confirmed. However, when we arrived, there was no booked appointment. The receptionists were very busy, but took the time to sort out the problem, booked a new appointment & we didn't have to wait. All done with the utmost courtesy & efficiency. My husband was very happy with the consultation, too. Thank you.
Usually this place is really quite good, though today I had a pretty bad experience on a Telehealth phone call with a doctor I have seen before, dr. Ivy Su. She called about the right time of the appointment which was good, I told her I had a sinus infection causing severe migraine and she told me to go outside in the sunshine …..ummmm NOPE and refused to give me anything to help with the pain, told me to take disprin…. If any of this was working I would not have made a doctors appointment! I was already taking antibiotics and she said well if the pain relief I’m taking isn’t working then I have to go to the hospital. For a sinus infection? When the hospital systems are already under so much pressure and I could have managed the symptoms at home with some pain killers. All I needed was some stronger pain relief and some sleep. This was just a waste of time. I’ve been on antibiotics for a week already. Thanks for nothing doctor!
Dr Ivy Su is very insightful and professional. This is my second appointment with her. She spent time listening to my concerns and gave me helpful advice. Thank you for your kindness and patience Dr Ivy.
worst experience ever! Avoid using Dr. Min Wu - this GP has an attitude, very arrogant, not friendly at all. He is clearly laughing and smirking behind his mask when i told him i have got a cold sore and flu! Pathetic, I definitely won't come back!
