The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The new 5 storey building seems to be well designed with a carpark beneath which allows easy access to the ground floor book in, an information area, lifts, restaurant, cafe and meeting room, toilets and kitchen. Our room had comfortable beds, thoughtful appointments and a nice bathroom. On all habitable floors there is a kitchen which has inside seating and a balcony, and on floor 2 a separate children's play room. On the 5th floor there is a sports room  A reflection type area dedicated by well known Aussie sports teams , floor 4 has a library and floor 3 has a gym.

Stayed here 5/06/24 through to 8/06/24 due to consultation with surgeons & tests. What an awesome, fabulous & great this facility is. Is is totally set up for the assistance to people under the diagnosis of Cancer. Checking in was smooth & the assistants behind the counter are caring, obliging & have genuine concern for your well being. The volunteers assist with your luggage & help you to your room.nRooms are amazing. The shower area is totally set up for patients who need assistance & have a door that would open each way. Bed is super comfortable with a single in the room as well. The recliner is electric & will allow you to tilt back & also assist to get you out of the chair. There is a huge fridge & a table with two chairs. The Heating/cooling is via head unit & has a control on wall to change settings. Large TV. Multiple USB cable charge points in PowerPoints.nThere is a communal kitchen on each floor which is huge!! Two Cooking areas in this area with multiple tables, there is also a balcony to go out on. There is a laundry on each floor with two front loaders & two dryers.nThere is a gym, kids room, sports room to watch sports on TV  massive TV , library with internet access.nOn ground floor this a common area with meal area where meals are served at night & you can pre order. The meals are beautiful. There is a cafe at front of building. The Floor levels are accessible by either lifts or stairs. There is two levels of parking.nThankyou Greenhill Lodge for making my stay comfortable & accommodating. I have booked my accommodation for my surgery in August.

While having  my treatment  it was so nice to have the lodge to stay at, the rooms are just perfect for your needs  and the staff was so lovely and helpful    thankyou
