Was excited to start my journey after hearing such wonderful things about the drs but the reception staff made things so difficult that I didn’t even get to see one of the drs. I waited 3 months for an appointment to finally be told there was an appointment in 2 days time at 11am & I either take it or wait another 3 months on the list. No compassion that I work and can’t take time off suddenly with no notice to my employer. I was already anxious about the process and they made it 100 times worse. Stay clear of this practice for your own sake
For a scary experience these guys made you feel more relaxed. You are well informed and not pushed into anything. A quick key hole surgery then 3 days in hospital and the weight falls off quickly! Best thing I've ever done and Dr Gananada was excellent!
