I had to get some damage fixed on my car while on an interstate trip and found these guys. I was very impressed with their customer service and they kept me updated through the process and dealt with a few issues with my insurance company. The finished job was great and done in good time so made what could have been a pain a pretty easy process so i would use them again no worries.

My husband's Mazda 3 should've been a pretty basic job: install and paint front bumper and replace broken fog lights. We are most certainly NOT impressed that a week after dropping it off, the bumper has been sprayed too light and the fog lights hadn't even arrived. There was NO call to say the fog lights weren't in, it's bad customer service!. There are so many silver Mazda 3s around, so it shouldn't be hard to colour-match that one, either. So now it has to be taken back AGAIN to get a basic job done. AGAIN. I most certainly could've done without the hassle. Given we live almost 1&1/2 hours' drive away, I spent an unnecessary 3 hours on the road today to drive all four of us (2 young kids who aren't overly well and my husband and I) to and from Belconnen for my husband to collect a car that's not even finished properly. Do not use this company. Get a proper job done elsewhere if you value your time and your car.
