Requested delivery get email to say come collect book, emailed stating that paid for delivery, then received another email week later stating that book ready for collection tried calling was on hold for 20mins. So I drove the 40mins to malga, asked why its not been delivered. They said they would refund delivery, but made to sit and wait for refund. The service is appalling. It's unfortunate a lot of schools use this company.
Twice I've had my worst experience at Malaga that I almost broke down. I made a mistake with my order which was about $80 for the book and before I could even leave the young lady helping on the counter I told her that it was mistake can she change that book. She couldn't entertain my request, I tried to speak someone high even that person was so bad then young lady. It was a text book which I double ordered and still seat in my house unwrapped.nThese guys were just so heartless that I'd to pay twice for 1 text book
Once a year stampede at the crowd at CampionnOverall, it was pretty well organised but waiting room to small and make sure you have a pee because no toiletsnBe prepared to walk a long way because car park is scaresnBut hey it's not something you do every week right?
I am writing to express my concern regarding the order I placed with your company, which has still not been dispatched after 10 business days. I understand that dispatch times can vary, but I was expecting a prompt update, particularly given the information on your website that orders are usually dispatched within 10 to 15 days.nnAs of today, I have not received a tracking number or any clear indication of when my order will be delivered. You mentioned delivery would be completed by the end of the week, but I am concerned about the lack of concrete information or communication about this.nnFurthermore, I am in a difficult situation as I may be forced to purchase a new order from a physical store, which is half an hour away from my location. This would result in an additional cost of $260, which I cannot afford at this time. Moreover, I would not be able to get a refund for my original order until it has been delivered, meaning I would be left out of pocket for an extended period.nnGiven that my original order has not been dispatched and I am unable to cancel it or receive a refund at this stage, I believe this situation is unfair and does not comply with consumer protection standards. As a customer, I should not be penalized for delays or a lack of clarity around dispatch and delivery times.nnI request immediate clarification on the status of my order, as well as a resolution to ensure that I am not financially burdened by this delay. If my order cannot be delivered promptly, I kindly ask for a full refund so I can make alternative arrangements.nnAfter the email sent above the disrespect was immense when I received an email response saying the website stated delivery in 10 days and there is no reason to be complaining
If I could give less than a zero star, I would. I’ve received the worst customer service today and yesterday as well after waiting for two hours and a half in the sun felt sick was vomiting! The staff Campion knew what was happening and they said we think you should go and just miss your spot. I spoke to the manger Eva who was super rude, and said we can’t do anything I said can I please pay and collect another day she said no wait until ur turn! I waited until it was my turn, and she said come back tomorrow early in the morning to pick up! I was at the door from 8 am, they open the gate and they said sorry the section is only for click and collect. You have to line up to the other line I said but ever told me to come this way yesterday.Eva came and said I don’t remember you I said yes you do because I was the one who was vomiting in your toilet for 15 minutes, waited again. I had to lineup again when I got to my turn they said you have to wait another 15 to half an hour to collect your stuff I said, but I got work and Eva acted like as if she doesn’t know me and I had to explain my situation again to another African staff member! The worst part I get my stuff, one in a bag and another in a box when I asked how come this was in a bag. She said maybe there was not enough stuff for you to be illegible to get a box for the stop the lady next to me, she only had two items and they gave her a box and as you see in the photo that I’ve touched I bought $200 worth of stationary and I don’t get a box. Eva has no professionalism to be manager!
