The worst customer support I ever had. I had to visit to the store 3 times by now to collect the stuff. They were supposed to email me when the back order item is ready, but they didn't. As they didn't answer a few calls I visited to collect the item after a month. However still I am awaiting one more time that I ordered last December; 2.5 months gone no response from Campion.nnI wonder why Victorian schools select unprofessional and dodgy school supplier as the trusted supplier. There must be an alternative.
Shocking experience!nnI’ve queued up with an infant on my arms, wanting to buy 1 single book only. After waiting 10 minutes at soaring 30+ degrees inside temperatures and not seeing a single person progressing, I had to abort the mission. It would have been a minimum 1 hr wait.nnAs I approached one of employees whether she can assist me, as the conditions are not suitable for me to wait with a baby, she has unfortunately shown zero empathy. But she took the effort to point me to the back of the queue…nnI am sure you are a reasonably profitable business that can afford an aircon unit and train your staff to manage such situations better.
If you are ever thinking of doing a click and collect at their nunawading store then probably take a day off work. The office has absolutely no car parking for customers and if you end up parking in any of the surrounding slots, the other businesses will be extremely hostile towards you. Staff so busy while handing over orders that we were left there with absolutely no direction on when we will be receiving our order. Its so surprising that such businesses have thrived in today's age...
Not great, not horrible. Big spacious area to wait in while the nice staff bring you your order. Would definitely come again, which is not really a choice as I need it for my books.
We got what we needed and was probably one of the busiest days of the year so I appreciate not easy for the team. We had to wait about two hours. I just think management should look at a system like Officeworks where you can order online and collect in approximately two hours and they send you an SMS. Instead having so many staff serving those staff could be packing. I appreciate they do have online but it is not same day.
