I understand that the setup reduces theft and may be easier for yourselves, but I love shopping for stationery and this is now the least enjoyable experience shopping at your store. If I knew what all the items were I probably would have shopped elsewhere for everything.nWhat is frustrating the fact that we can't order anything that wasn't on the school list, couldn't pick a different colour or opt for better quality where needed, etc. So chose to buy all the things we wanted in specific colours elsewhere and just bought the boring stuff on the list from Campion. Also opted for anything that sounded like the quality might be dodgy from Amazon or Officeworks instead.nIn saying that, the staff seemed lovely and are trying to be helpful, but that didn't help with my issues.
I am writing to express my concern regarding the order I placed with your company on 13th January , which has still not been dispatched after 10 business days. I understand that dispatch times can vary, but I was expecting a prompt update, particularly given the information on your website that orders are usually dispatched within 10 to 15 days.nnAs of today, I have not received a tracking number or any clear indication of when my order will be delivered. You mentioned delivery would be completed by the end of the week, but I am concerned about the lack of concrete information or communication about this.nnFurthermore, I am in a difficult situation as I may be forced to purchase a new order from a physical store, which is half an hour away from my location. This would result in an additional cost of $260, which I cannot afford at this time. Moreover, I would not be able to get a refund for my original order until it has been delivered, meaning I would be left out of pocket for an extended period.nnGiven that my original order has not been dispatched and I am unable to cancel it or receive a refund at this stage, I believe this situation is unfair and does not comply with consumer protection standards. As a customer, I should not be penalized for delays or a lack of clarity around dispatch and delivery times.nnI request immediate clarification on the status of my order, as well as a resolution to ensure that I am not financially burdened by this delay. If my order cannot be delivered promptly, I kindly ask for a full refund so I can make alternative arrangements.
I needed help on short notice, and this place delivered! The service was quick, efficient, and really helpful. The staff was friendly and got everything sorted without any hassle. Highly recommend!
Very impressed with the efficient and polite, helpful staff. Attended in the mid afternoon to purchase a full order and was also delighted with the limited time it took for our order to be prepared. Well done!
