My husband and I have both been attending this medical practice for several years now. The reception staff are friendly and helpful and waiting times for scheduled appointments, and to make an appointment, are not excessive. I would have to say that our doctor is the best GP either of us have ever had. She is extremely approachable and always prepared before she sees us. She is also incredibly thorough, especially with keeping track of when we are due for tests and specialist reviews. We are made to feel that our health concerns are important and she answers our questions and allocates enough time to discuss our complex issues. The nurses at the practice are also very friendly, caring and professional and provide a wonderful service. Campaspe Family Practice has excellent measures in place for booking appointments and for advising when results are back, and if another appointment is required. The building itself is pleasant and well appointed and it's location next to the hospital and Lake Imaging is a definite bonus, as are the associated allied health services. We feel extremely lucky to have such a fantastic doctor, and a service of this calibre, so close to home. A big thankyou to you all for looking after us so well.

Dr.Sadia was absolutely fantastic. It’s been a long time since a doctor actually faced you and not a computer. Dr. Sadia was very efficient, friendly and very professional. I felt that I was listened to and not pressured to hurry and leave.
I rang for a phone consultation on my way home and was told that a doctor would contact me within 20 minutes. Right on time I received the call and was able to get what I needed along with good advice about watching for other symptoms.nThe service was fast and efficient with a qualified medical professional taking the time to call me.
