How many stores, let alone chain stores, let alone electronics chain stores, do you know that would refuse to provide a refund for an incorrect accessory returned unopened with the receipt within 48 hours? Well, this is one. A dinosaur in the modern Australian retail landscape. Choose your lens, your tripod, your drone carefully my friend because they will only replace or give you store credit. Not a safe place to do your Christmas shopping.

I spoke to Ollie, the long haired surfer-dude who works on Fri/Sat/Sun. He was helpful and friendly. He explained he didn't know much about video camera (which is what I was looking for), he is more of a camera guy, but we worked things out together. He was very helpful about tripods and mics. He explained he's not on commission, he's there to advise me and make sure I walk out with the best purchase for me. Prices are a little more expensive than you can do online, but the value of getting some honest, unbiased advice in a non-pressured environment is worth paying for.

I bought my Canon 80D there and they matched the price of another store. I am very happy with my experience and would recomend them.
