An amazing place to set up as your base for exploring the blue mountains. I brought my family here who were visiting from Scotland and they absolutely loved it. The home is beautiful, clean and cosy. The gardens are well kept and there is every amenity you could need. The hosts were very helpful and responded quickly. They even left some complimentary snacks/drinks for us which was a nice touch. We will definitely be back!
Our stay at Camellia Cottage was nothing short of perfect. We loved the beautifully maintained yard and veranda, which allowed us and our dogs space to relax with plenty of privacy. The house is perfectly appointed with everything one could possibly need, and special mention to the very nice coffee machine and spacious fridge and freezer. It was extremely easy to communicate with Julie and we had no trouble whatsoever before, during, or at the end of our stay.
Our family group of 8, 5 humans, 3 fur babies, stayed at Camellia Cottage for two nights. We were attending a wedding in Mount Wilson, with reception at the Conservation Hut in Wentworth Falls.nnFor the 3 pups: the yard was spacious and secure, with plenty of under cover areas for sleeping. We are so grateful that Julie & Barry allowed us to have the 3 dogs stay as one was ring bearer in the wedding.nnFor the 5 humans: the house was beautifully presented with lots of thoughtful touches, spotlessly clean, comfortable and cosy. It was lovely being able to light the fire and relax in the warmth. The kitchen has great facilities and the basket of complimentary snacks was very much appreciated, especially the wine, popcorn, and coffee pods.nnAll beds were very comfortable and fitted with electric blankets for those who feel the cold. The bathroom was lovely and we never ran out of hot water.nnThe house is perfectly situated in a quiet leafy spot; it is peaceful and calm and the cottage gardens are stunning.nnWe would love to stay again and highly recommend this property.nThank you so much Julie and Barry
Camellia Cottage was such a cosy and tranquil place to relax and recharge. The home was beautifully decorated and was complete with everything you think you might need and a welcome hamper was a nice touch. Plenty of pillows and blankets with comfortable sheets and electric blankets for the chilly nights. The area was quiet with lots of beautiful trees and flowers and plenty of bird calls. My favourite part was relaxing with a cuppa in the morning sun in the beautiful big windows which let in plenty of warmth and light. We truely loved this place!
A quaint little cottage, perfect for a mountains getaway. The host was very engaging and hospitable. Our puppies loved their stay too. We hope to visit again soon. Thank you Julie.
