Good range of fresh fruit and vegetables inside an open market.  The quality is good in my experience and you can find most things - mushrooms, herbs, spices, berries, etc.  Very pleasant shopping experience but parking out the back can be a challenge on busy days.

I love this market, vegies are so fresh and can be kept in fridge for two weeks, fishes look like they just got out of the sea. Meat is a bit expensive but worth the price.

I like the deli and sushi shop here, and the fruit is always really fresh

Adequate variety of fresh food, good selection of meats, poultry and fish. Missing a lot of the more exotic things you find at other markets such as Parahan & South Melbourne. Distinctly European/western, not the diversity of say Box Hill.

Amiable people and utterly fresh food

Excellent selection of fruit and vegetables and quite extensive range. Well priced and fresh mostly.

Dont buy the plum cake. I asked a female assistant if the plum cake was moist with lots of plums inside this afternoon and was told yes. The so called plum cake had no plums inside only a few scattered on top and was dry. Had to throw out. Cost 15 dollars

Friendly shopping experience and stall holders are always good for advice on what is good.
