I recently saw Dr. Artika Soma for a root canal treatment and my experience with the practice was fantastic! Dr. Soma was very friendly and reassuring in her mannerisms, she explained the various parts of the procedure and gave me the opportunity to ask questions and clarify my understanding of the treatment and expected outcomes. As someone who is normally anxious during dental procedures, I can say that both my sessions with her were painless and anxiety-free and I was very grateful to have had such an experience. Dr. Soma is an excellent clinician who put me at ease throughout the whole process and I felt reassured that I was receiving excellent care. Thank you to all the staff at the clinic for making this a positive experience. Tony
Thank-you to all the team at Camberwell Endodontics, Lana made an appointment for me today and Artika had me in the chair making repairs to a very, very sore tooth. This was all accomplished with one phone call at 9am and I was walking out the door pain free at 1.30pm the same day. Thank-you to all the staff at Camberwell Endodontics, you are all excellent in everyway. Thanks Andrew
Dr Matt Filei was just so kind, explained everything thoroughly, really respectfully listened to me and completely reassured me so I felt safe, something which is so important when you are in pain and feeling so vulnerable not to forget negotiating one’s options within a budget. So impressed, cannot recommend Dr Matt Filei more highly!
Could not be more full of praise for the fine professionalism of Dr Artika Soma and her staff at Camberwell Endontics. She is a very good Endodontist. All procedures are very gentle and pain free. Dr Artika and staff are kind, accommodating and very respectful for diversity within our community.

Dr Matthew Filei and the team at Camberwell Endodontics were absolutely amazing! I am genuinely grateful for their work on my seriously infected tooth that caused me agony for weeks. Quality work and quality care. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a root canal!
I had the most delightful experience at Camberwell Endodontics. I was in excruciating pain and the clinic arranged an emergency appointment for a root canal which I am so thankful for. All staff at the clinic were very empathetic, while maintaining professionalism.
I can't remember whether my mum ended up needing any work done or not but I know she attended for two consultations with Matt Filei. He was knowledgeable, affable and actually suggested by another dentist whose wife had visited him. He made my mum feel very comfortable she has some mobility issues and Matt answered questions thoroughly. I always find it best when the health professional you visit is approachable and accessible. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this practice or going there myself. I just hope I don't have to!
My experience with Dr Artika Soma as well as the staff, was exceptional. Very professional, compassionate and knowledgeable, if you are ever in need of root canal treatment, I would not hesitate to recommend Camberwell Endodontics.
My experience with Dr Matt Filei for root canal treatment was AMAZING! After a failed attempt by a dentist to address my painful tooth that dentist only further aggravated a festering abscess, another more senior dentist in the group referred me to Dr Matt. I was in very bad pain by this stage and got in as an emergency. Dr Matt's sense of humour was just what I needed to put me at ease and he went to work under the microscope and staged my root canal to allow it to all settle down. I have high expectations when I pay professionals to perform work I don't go for discounts in anything. But I also have to say that someone here stated that Dr Matt was expensive - no! He was actually reasonable for the skill and time he spends with numbing up the area so gentle, I hate needles!, and getting the job done right under the microscope. So pleased with your work Dr Matt, and now our daughter is being looked after him as well. Well done, I feel so much better!
