Hi just put my 94 year old father in to this place so far he seems to like it ..
Friendly staff, older style residential aged care and respite facility. They have a variety of packages and add ons to the residential side. The rooms are reasonable in size and facility. It's an older but not a dark and decrepit home at all. Renovation plans look exciting too. I'll edit once I've been there at meal times. The staff really do seem to be lovely.
My previous 3 star review has been removed! Very dissapointing. Gives a false representation if businesses remove reviews.nMy previous review stated-nTerrible food. Very hit and miss.nSome great staff but overshadowed by some very poor staff.nWith a royal commission into aged care I would expect a lot more. Care factor is very low.
Came here for respite. Can highly recommend. Meals, Activities, Accommodation & Staff All great . Well run an Coordinated by Facility Manager Ms Stepnanie Brown, Bridget and the entire Team.
I would like to let thenpersonnel staff there knowbi showed up a few minutes late and apologise.but your rude receptionist.didnt even bother to and let you know.i was here 15 minutes before she went to let you know so dont bother ringing me back after reading reviews from other people ill be reporting this matter to the aged care departmemt
