Unfortunately another business that is sadly lacking in customer service. The coffee machine has been out of service for over 5 weeks. The ATM machine is faulty, not returning cards and withdrawn money not being dispensed AND yes I know its the fault of the company who owns the atm BUT you should put a notice up to say its out of order when the first customer comes to you. No notice was placed and I observed at least 6 people get caught in the same situation, not a good start to the day.
Quite often the Tuesday petrol price was very competitive. By the way, the Foodary does offer a $1 coffee with milk. The coffee bean used was surprisingly supplied by Aurora. It tasted like a medium roasted coffee. The machine gave a few coffee options and hot chocolate. Refer to the photo. Cheers! 2022-02
I was disappointed with the staff that work tonight Wed 21/2/24. I was filling up on bowser No.6 at 10.25pm and the nozzle did not automatically cut off when it was full and spilled out of the fuel tank.nI told him to note it down and get it checked out. Instead of agreeing to it he said that “no one has complained except me and I need to check my car”. This is absolutely ridiculous!nIt is a safety feature in all the bowsers that the nozzles will automatically cut off to prevent over filling. If it doesn’t cut off that means the nozzle is faulty.nIt happened to me before at bowser no.1 last year and the day staff was very helpful when I brought up the issue.nI have been a regular customer to this kiosk - the management should train and educate their staff so as not to to be rude to customers and provide a good service.nThe owner of this kiosk please check out the faulty nozzles for the safety and satisfaction of your customers. Thank you.nPs: I haven’t encountered such an issue in other petrol kiosks with faulty nozzles.
The pumps and handles here look like they have never been cleaned .Verry dirty and grimy ..Verry poor standard
Not much to say like any other petrol station just there waiting for taxi
