Their costumer service is terrible! I bought a bottle of motor oil from them, just to come home and realize that it is half empty and had been used. I called to explain and ask them if it would be possible to return it and get a new one. The manager was extremely rude and told me that “I had been using it” and that they would absolutely not give me my money back. As if I was trying to trick them. I asked if I could come back and explain the situation, but then they just hang up the phone on me. Do not waste your money at this place folks! Not worth it.
Avoid ordering on UBEREATS! On two occasions now I have been sent only half my orders and the another two times I was sent a completely wrong items. Business should be removed from the App and I have alerted ubereats.
Avoid if you need a coffee, 1 machine which is usually out of order
People don't have a lot of expectations from a petrol station.. Pretty simple, smooth services, appropriate useful accessories to use. The guy there today at the service desk didn't really know much. Using a Woolworth 4c/l recipe, he needed to read the whole shopping list and check if there is any coupon sign at all. The window cleaning sponge was so dirty! How am I suppose to clean my windscreen? I won't insist to fill up here again.
Sorry and not sorry for giving 1 star to Atif as requested him to allow me to use washroom as busting out at 8:50 he denied by saying I just closed it and we r closing soon.. very disappointed will highly recommend to go in the mornings but never go in the night time..
Never even been there before
My Caltex Woolworth points have not been accredited to my account. Twice. Now I’m fighting with Woolworths and this petroleum station. Is this service!!!! It’s clearly. Be aware consumer that these guys are not registering your points. One star as I got petrol.
I bought a cup of iced coffee 2 dollars, and the staff charged me 4 dollars, so I repeated that 1 cup he said okay and charged again, still 4 dollars! Terrible service staff ever!
Good access, suitable for small trailers. Fuel very expensive. Tyre air trigger buggered so no tyre checks.
Clean servo . Customer service fair. Food prices above average.
