I visited the Service Station at about 3.15pm this afternoon and was blown away by the high standard of service provided by the cashier. He was extremely pleasant and overflowed with friendliness. What a great ambassador for Caltex. 

This is the man you need to employ as your staff training officer for the state.

Not very clean. Toilets were disgusting. Garden are needs a good tidy up and heaps of flies inside amenities.

Great service station, all what you need while on the road from petrol to shopping. They've got it all. Good staff too.

Many times the bowser either does not click over or nothing happens at all. If you drive to a different pump you feel more than akward because you've already been there a while so it looks like you're doing a runner. This is ongoing & I have mentioned it to staff as recently I wanted to fill up but got $10 worth as it was painfully slow. I had to reiterate that they are loosing a custmoer as it's exremely inconvenient as it's a windy cold spot too. I've asked for cash out and that's been impossible twice also.  There's never any soft serve at the attached Hungry Jacks to add insult to injury.
