It is false advertising if the sign mentions Woolworth's Everyday Rewards but we cannot get 4c per litre off here. It wasn't worth the time for me to come back in the morning and complain but I never want to return. The existence of details on some Ampol website is irrelevant because I reasonably relied on the representation effected by the sign showing Woolworths Everyday Rewards. If the orange sign remains then the false advertising is intentional.
Prices of fuel are expensive like other servos But it's convenient as you can use the toilet, get a coffee and buy something. IGA and pharmacy nearby plus subway around the corner
Just went to get some fuel there and Anita, whose really good customer service makes me remember her name yet, Told me that I could get a free coffee there. That was a limited offer but I must say, that free coffee was really really amazing. Hats off for the customer service and coffee as well. Keep going Anita.
If you’re expecting to get a coffee, don’t bother. 9.5% of the time, the machine IS NOT WORKING. There’s a difference between “it’s not working sometimes & they don’t bother to fix it”..
Worst experience last night. Went to buy milk there, the person serving didn’t greet at all. After he scanned the products, he was like 6 dollars, again not $6 thank you or $6 please. After I paid off, didn’t said thanks or bye or anything. Why would Caltex hire someone who is deaf-mute or purely being rude?

I’ve been coming to this servo for the last 20 years always great customer service.except today.i went in to pay.greeted the staff member in a friendly manner.i was then meet with no greeting or price for fuel just a blank stare and the price on the tap and go.needless to say I paid and returned his equally rude manner and left.ill be back cause one rude employee won’t change there excellent customer service
It's actually a pretty good petrol station as even though it's right by the freeway entances their prices are pretty fair compared to many other places most of the time ive gone past or been there, it's not huge but big enough to get around easy and has a fair variety if products in store.
I get my fuel here at around the same time each week, and every week Robin is there with a polite and cheerful attitude, always asking me how my day was. This man deserves a raise!
Better fuel prices and it is always within easy reach. Glendalough is also a safe suburb to be travelling through and is easy to access on my way through.
