The customer service was great. The store was clean, I got the chicken strips were good and my partner got the double beef and bacon burger and he fell in love. No not Maccas for him only the burgers from this servo.nAnd the price of fuel today was awesome.nKeep up the good work

The site is brand new , staff friendly, amenities first class , and a good selection of foods , from sandwiches, pre cooked meals , and massive old school burgers and wraps , and fresh coffee from a barista. Great value and filling .
This morning very early, my daughter, took my car to get fuel in it. She was told it was flagged, for drive by fuel stealing. She had to go to work, and was only told she could put $20.00 of fuel in only, which wouldn't get you that far. She rang me, and told me, as the car was registered in my name. I raced down with my registration paperwork. Got there at 6.00am. Or for the lady to say. 'O', I am so sorry, but the computer screen was wrong, I didn't check it properly. So not happy at all, for the way that happened and it should not of happened. It was very upsetting, for my daughter and my self. You should really train your staff properly.
If Ampol card is not accepted, signage to that effect would be helpful. Hiring staff who can at least fake an interest in customer service would help too.
