Very rude and arrogant management .nPrepaid extra and she made me wait extra 10 mins .nIn actually disabled asked why pump not going no answer had to get my son to go ask why not working when pre paid .nThen send me to new pump .nWorst customer service there in 10 years going there will not return ..
Always bedlam, the tyre attachment for air is now only accessible by walking into the shop and you have to leave your keys to get the attachment.nI only shop here for the RAC discount and I am very grateful they offer that option.nHaving Noodlers and KFC either side of Puma is an issue for parking in my opinion.nPhoto from Google Images.
The manager is so rude and lazy
An easy accessible petrol station. Well maintained. Stocks sandwiches, pies, cold drinks etc. pretty much the essentials for food on the run when you are on the road. I like it that you can pick up something relatively healthy like sandwiches instead of deep fried foods.
Voice on intercom: “Pump 8 is a pre-paid pump only, so you can come in and pay upfront or move to another pump”nMe: so I moved to another pump… at another garage where I’m not considered a criminal and the fuel is cheaper.
