I can highly recommend this school. They run a tight ship, there is  no tolerance for bad behaviour. They have  fantastic excellence programs. My expereince as been with the Volleyball Excellence program. It has had a very positive effect on my son both on and off the court, instilling commitment, sportsmanship and mateship.

The male teachers at Caloundra think it is ok to scream at a 13 & 15 yr old over not participating in cross country. The way that he approached us and the disrespectful words that he used were aggressive and we felt very unsafe, We said they can’t scream at us and varsha vaney said he could do whatever he wants and to try and stop him, mr Hutchison thinks it ok to stand over people and scream at them until they cry, every male teacher at Caloundra has made me cry after this happened they were looking at us pointing laughing with other teachers, they say that we have to respect them because they are adults but respect goes both ways

Both my children attended CSHS and both gained a great education and have gone on to successful professions. They were involved in school activities on offer and made some lifelong friendships. The staff were always helpful and friendly and the teachers amazing!! Thank you, Caloundra High, for looking after them so well!

Caloundra State High School provides a great learning environment with lots of support available for all students. It is very rewarding as a staff member seeing the students excel in their education.

Full of kids that vape nothing gets done about it and also massive bully ring this school needs to provide  more harsher punishments -3/10
