I have lived in Caloundra for 32years and we are SO SO lucky to have such a brilliant facility!nnI have been here 3 times in the last 10yrs and every time it has been a positive experiencenI was treated by Courtney who was wonderfully kind, thorough and explained everything i needed to knownBeautiful kind reception staff and the medical treatment is excellentnnThank you so very much. I am so proud of this facility in our town ‍
Such a great experience last night when I had injured myself. first Triage nurse was so kind, not just with me but every person I saw her interact with. Was so nice to see her just being genuinely kind and patient with everyone.nI was x-rayed and seen to so quickly and the nurse practitioner was such a happy lady.nAll round a great experience, and a Breth of fresh air to have such a nice and chill atmosphere in the public health system.
Seen quickly and efficiently. Smiles all around from receptionist to the nurses to the lovely doctor Sonja we couldn't have been more happy eith services looking after our two little ones with impetigo.nEven gave them little stuffies and ice lollies to help them through!nCouldnt recommend enough!!
What a brilliant place to visit when you have injured yourself. Open at 8am you are triaged promptly and the vibe of care was excellent. I was attended to by Courtney a Nurse Practitioner who was knowledgeable and an absolute breath of fresh air to the health care system!! I was in out within 2hrs with consultation, X-rays, moon boot and crutches.nAll staff were exceptional, well done to this practice.
I was in and out in under 40 minutes. The women at triage and reception were both excellent, and my doctor was very friendly and helpful. I had a fairly simple ailment and he explained exactly what it was, why it happened, and had me on my way. Not sure what it's like during busier times, but have nothing but positive feedback from my experience on a quiet monday night.
