Unfortunately Craig cost me over $1000 in paint correction and repairs after my vehicle was Rustproofed through his business. The vehicle is meticulously maintained and regularly detailed by a local business and after many conversations with Craig he assured me that he would take the most care possible to prevent overspray and other damages caused to the vehicle. On pickup of the vehicle we instantly noticed a large scratch on the rear of the vehicle this led to me looking over it further and finding damage on every panel except the roof, My detailer explained that incorrect washing procedures and poor preparation caused excessive amounts of overspray to be present and scratches and gouges to occur from Craig attempting to remove it. Upon confronting Craig he denied that could of been him and wanted nothing to do with me, I since contacted him for compensation on paint repairs to no avail. It is unfortunate that a small local business will treat you with no respect and own up to their own mistakes. Stay well away from Caloundra Rustproofing.
After getting turned down from other businesses - knowing it was just general surface rust, Craig took the time and effort to chat with me and oversee photos of my car. He got me in just a few days later and did the most spectacular job I could of asked for. Craig went above and beyond to help me and has such a great eye for detail and I don’t think anyone could have done a better job than he did! Will definitely be going back and recommending to all my mates.
Craig is an honest operator. After the initial rust proof they will check on the hoist when needed instead of just taking your money for more proofing if it's still fine. Fast service. Will underbody clean as well.
Great work at the right price by someone who cares. I will be back for sure.

Craig recently did a underbody rustproof spray on our 2013 Hilux. He had great customer service and took the time to explain the process to me, he was well priced and he did a great job! We will see you again soon with our next car - Thanks againService: Body & Trim
