The key, I think, to a good meal is to keep it simple however in saying that you must use excellent ingredients. I purchased Scotch Fillet from the award winning California Quality meats and that is exactly what I got. The steak I cooked with garlic butter and Thyme rested it while I steamed the vegetables the result was just perfect. I also purchased the closest thing I have found to real homemade tomato sauce from here too. The sauce was made by Vintage Kitchen Preserves.Great for the sausage rolls in winter.
